Advocate Inderdeep Kaur (Indu)

Advocate Inderdeep Kaur is a seasoned Legal and Financial Consultant with over 15 years of experience across the legal, financial, and corporate sectors. She holds an MBA in Financial Management, LLB, and a Gold Medalist LLM in Corporate and Financial Law. Her academic excellence and deep understanding of both law and finance enable her to offer a 360-degree approach to legal problem-solving.

With extensive experience in corporate advisory, litigation, and financial compliance, she specializes in handling high-stake matters involving business disputes, family property conflicts, and matrimonial settlements with financial complexities. She is known for her analytical precision, persuasive advocacy, and compassionate client engagement, particularly in cases involving matrimonial disputes, property matters and corporate conflicts.

Advocate Tanya Dutta

Advocate Tanya Dutta brings over 17 years of diverse experience in law, arbitration, corporate advisory, and commodity trading. She holds an MBA in Human Resource and Personnel Administration, LLB, and an LLM in Dispute Resolution, complement by specialized certifications in Arbitration (PGDADR) and Medical Law and Ethics (PGDMLE).

Her wide-ranging expertise covers corporate litigation, commercial negotiations, arbitration proceedings, and compliance advisory. Advocate Tanya’s strength lies in her ability to blend legal insight with real-world business understanding, making her particularly effective in handling commercial disputes, HR legal issues, medico-legal and arbitration cases. Her strong academic foundation and multidisciplinary training make her a valuable legal strategist and mentor in the field of dispute resolution and litigation
